Weekly Writers Group
Writers of all levels and genres invited to participate in this free read-and-critique group that provides community members with a forum for sharing and polishing their work. Writers are encouraged to bring five copies of their work (up to 10 pages) to share and an open mind for reviewing the works of their peers.

Write Now! - Weekly Writers Group
A weekly writers group that provides hands-on techniques to jump start writing with fun, non-critiqued sessions led by local writers Jordan Dann and Corby Anderson. The program is free and open to writers of all levels and genres. Participants are asked to bring pen and paper for the group exercises that are the centerpiece of the program. Attendees may share work they develop in the meeting, if they wish. Appreciation is gladly shared, but no feedback is offered. Monthly Poetry Nights
The Aspen Writers' Foundation and Town Center Booksellers
Featuring poets from the valley, the state and the nation. Upcoming evenings include a June 13 celebration of Jonathan Wells' new anthology, The Third Rail: The Poetry of Rock and Roll, with readings by local actors Jordan Dann, Kim Nuzzo and Julie Comins, and a July 23 reading featuring a trio of local poets, including Valerie Haugen, Don Downey and special guest TBA.
